The first degree reiki classes are held over four consecutive days for a period of three hours. This can be flexible to any timings to suit the group. . For example 7pm to 10pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The students receive four initiations one on each of the four days. These are rituals that open the students body and spirit to the energy flow of Reiki, allowing them to channel this energy for self treatment and the treatment of others.

Within these classes student are taught about the application of Reiki for self treatment and the treatment of others. The story of Reiki is shared and the development of the lineage also how to acknowledge the Reiki precepts into daily living.

Students are invited to re group for a review one month after the class. This gives the opportunity to ask more questions based upon their experiences.
