The Role of an Organiser

Venue & Dates

James and Shelley can travel out to teach an act1 in your area, for this to happen they would require you to purchase a minimum amount of ticket before the booking can be made. This number will be relevant to the location (for example flying out of the country would require more of a pre booking to cover the costs). There is a 10% discount on the tickets for buying them this way.

You would be required to find a venue in your area that can comfortably sit the amount attending. This venue will need the facilities of toilets and a kitchen. Most workshops are held in small village halls. The workshops can take place on a weekday ( Tuesday or Thursday ) or at weekends.

Promotion

The details will be placed the web site with an e-flyer for your workshop. You will be able to send this via email to your friends or animal community. In addition you will be sent a hard copy organisers' pack which contains; posters/booking forms/leaflet.

Payment

All bookings and payments come back to us at the ACT office cheques made out to Mr James French
