Practical Animal Communication Payment Confirmation & Details |
||||
The welfare of your animals: The safety, comfort and overall welfare of all the animals helping us in the workshop is of the utmost importance. From a logistical perspective it is obvious that dogs are likely to travel the easiest to the venue, but you may wish to bring your horse, or a variety of smaller animals. We will assume that you will be bringing your dog(s) unless you specify otherwise. Please ensure you complete all details for each animal that you would like to bring - including any specific issues we should look to tackle at the workshop - on the booking form alongside your own contact information. If you wish to bring your horse, please check that the venue is suitable; this will be specified alongside the workshop address. Please note that there may be no private facilites in which to walk your animals, so please come prepared with everything you would need for talking your animal out all day in a public area. For example, this should include food, water and bowls, leads and/or tack, tools for clearing up and disposing of all mess, plus your own outdoor clothes for the practical sessions morning and afternoon. Your animals will remain your responsibility throughout. Booking and payment: Whether you're using PayPal or are sending a cheque, once we have received payment, your place will be secure on the course. We will contact you if there have been any problems with your payment. We will send a reminder email one week before the workshop, which will recap what you need to bring and supply any final details regarding directions to the venue. Directions: To locate the venue for your course, please use the map link, which is found on the right hand side (below the venue address) on the workshop webpage. The link takes you to the Multimap website and shows your chosen venue. Once in Multimap you may need to zoom in or out to get the most useful map for your circumstances; this can be done by clicking on the + and – buttons found on the right hand side of the map. Please bring with you to the workshop: Pen and paper Your animal (by pre-arrangement through the booking form only) Packed lunch Timings for the workshop: We will start promptly at 10am and aim to finish by 5pm. Please aim to arrive between 9.30am and 9.45am so you can have a cup of tea and both you, and your animals, can get settled in before starting. We will need to begin on time so as to fit in all the teaching throughout the day. If you have any problems on the morning of the workshop, our mobile numbers are as follows; 07817 931011 and 07740 604027 Ticket Extensions: Please note that we operate a non-refundable ticket system. Instead, our standard policy, for those who due to unforeseen circumstances are unable to make the original booking date, is to extend the ticket for three months. This would allow you to attend any forthcoming P.A.C. workshops within this timeframe. Ticket extensions remain at the discretion of ACT, although your specific circumstances and the dates when we will be returning again to your area, will be taken into account. If you become aware that you will be unable to attend the P.A.C. workshop for any reason after booking, please contact us directly, giving as much notice as possible.
