Both Shelley & James give Reiki treatments
Hands on healing and distant reiki treatments for people with chronic problems and acute problems. Reiki treatments are not only for healing illness but also to help individuals find their true selves. Shelley and James support clients from their home and through distant healing, they offer a personalised service by giving Reiki separately or giving Reiki together. They treat people for many different conditions from cancer to increasing well being. Reiki helps find balance on many different levels from the physical, emotion and spiritual aspect that can effect our lives accordingly.
Hands on Treatments
These can take place in Shelley and James’ treatment room in Surrey or they can travel to your own home.
The treatment starts with a pre-treatment open discussion allowing the patient to express what the Reiki is required for. This is an important part of the healing process as it allows the individual to acknowledge the problem in a safe environment.
This is followed by the Reiki session, the session is one hour of healing using the traditional Usui System of Reiki Healing. Clients are fully clothed and the hand positions are non intrusive. The sessions can vary, most of the time they are very relaxing but sometimes they can be emotional as they go through changes. Shelley and James give support through-out the process during and in between sessions.

Distant Reiki sessions
Part of the more advanced levels of the Usui system of Reiki healing is the distant treatment. This makes it possible to receive Reiki without having to see the practitioner.It does not matter how far the distance between receiver and giver.
The client calls James or Shelley on the time arranged for their session. Time is allocated for discussion before the Reiki is sent. This allows the individual to express what the Reiki is for and to share what is happening through the process. After the chat the phone is not needed, the patient makes themselves comfortable either sitting of lying down to receive the healing.
James or Shelley (dependent on who you choose) uses the sacred symbols in the Usui System to bridge the distance between practitioner and receiver. Allowing them to give Reiki over distance
Shelley and James give full support to the people they work with including follow up calls.
